It is a fact that every time someone buys some thing at your store they will have an “experience” and you, retailer, can choose if it is a positive one. This morning, trying to fill my truck with fuel using the credit card I reserve for that purpose and pay off in full every month, the pump cut off at $50 and there was no window washing fluid or squeegee at any pump.

I stopped the pump, re-entered my credit card, and finished filling the truck. I drove off with window still in need of cleaning. I had a retail experience. I won’t have another one, at least not at Ashley’s Market.
